Customer Care Executive

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders.
• Assist customers via email and inbound phone calls and help resolve their problems.
• A fair amount of clerical work will be involved.
• Talking to the representatives of moving companies to resolve their issues.
• Summarize customer feedback for better quality of service.

Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills are vital for this job.
• Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
• Interest and ability to work directly with customers and moving company executives.
• Good proficiency with internet applications.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
