Job Description
As a Sales Representative of MoveMeAway.com you will closely work with our sales
and marketing team based in Montreal. Your main responsibilities will include maintaining
business relationships with clients (B2B) in order to finalize the sales process.
You will be responsible for handling inbound inquiries, engage in cold calling as
well as perform follow-up phone calls and E-mails in order to contribute to the
growth of our company.
We are now hiring for Full-Time positions for our Montreal office.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engaging in cold calling to find new potential clients
- Maintaining and developing existing customers through high levels of service in
order to expand and strengthen the relationship
- Actively identifying opportunities to introduce other Company goods and/or services,
thereby increasing the revenue opportunity within each customer’s business portfolio
- Communicating customer requirements and/or schedules to internal staff in a timely
and executable manner to promote optimum cost efficiency
- Being involved in project management of new and existing system requirements
- Identifying and developing new sales enquiries and convert into profitable new business,
assist with other sales and marketing activity such as trade shows and conferences
- Maintaining documentation and materials in support and evidence of the above objectives
- Tracking and escalation of customer issues
- Managing the customer invoicing process
Required Skills and Experience:
- Inside sales, customer service or administrative experience in a business-to-business
environment
- Prior experience in cold calling and call center environment
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent required
- Proven track record sales prospecting or appointment setting
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills required
- French communication skills is a plus
- Great attention to detail
- Understanding of organizational structures and decision making processes
- Ability to engage management decision makers and influencers at any level
- Assertive and persuasive personality
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, and dependable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as E-mail
forwarding and social networking
